Climate Action & Data for a resilient Region
We are advancing a Fundy Regional Climate Action Plan (FRCAP) to strengthen regional resilience and guide coordinated action on climate risks. A new climate data portal will bring together key regional information in one place, for improved planning and decision-making.
Canada Games Coming to our Region in 2029
The Fundy Region communities will proudly co-host the 2029 Canada Summer Games with the City of Moncton. Events will welcome over 4,600 athletes, coaches, and managers, showcasing our region’s facilities, hospitality, and landscapes.
Aquatic Centre Upgrades ahead of the 2029 canada games
As part of preparations, the Canada Games Aquatic Centre will be modernized to create a competition-ready facility that will ensure a lasting legacy for the Fundy Region and future generations of athletes and community users.
REGIONAL RAIL WORKING GROUP
We're taking a significant step toward improving rail safety and development in the Fundy Region. The newly established Regional Rail Working Group will address safety challenges, foster collaboration among key stakeholders, and work to mitigate community impacts.
