HOW TO ENTER:
Choose one (or both):
1. Take the Sustainable Transportation Pledge
Sign the pledge to commit to more sustainable travel options.
Organize a Bike or Walk Bus and enter to win a $1,500 equipment box for your school!
A Bike or Walk Bus is a group of students and adults moving together along a planned route to school. Contest open to teachers, school staff, parents or guardians.
HOW TO ENTER:
1. Register your walk or bike bus using the form below:

3. Use our social media posters to invite others to join your bus:

4. Share a photo of your bus on social media, and tag us!
One entry per school per bus (multiple buses = more chances to win!). Five schools will be randomly selected through a draw to each win a $1,500 physical activity equipment box tailored to their needs.

Community Events During
Sustainable Transportation Week 2025
Community events are taking place across the Fundy Region during the same week as Sustainable Transportation Week. These local initiatives offer great opportunities to get involved and explore alternative ways of getting around!
Rothesay AGE-FRIENDLY Wellness Fair
When: Monday, June 1, 2026
Time: 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Where: Rothesay High School Gym, 61 Hampton Road, Rothesay
Discover health screenings, engaging info booths, raffle draws, giveaways, and snacks. Don’t forget to bring a non-perishable food item to support the Kennebecasis Valley Food Basket.

Clean Air Day Free transit
When: Wednesday, June 3, 2025
Time: All day
Where: City of Saint John (free public transit)
Join the City of Saint John in celebrating Clean Air Day by taking advantage of free public transit. It’s a great way to reduce emissions and enjoy a cleaner community!
Details will be posted at the City of Saint John’s website.
